Our company’s names and trademarks “宏齊” and “HARVATEK,” as well as related domain names, were used without authorization by certain China-based companies, constituting unfair competition.
The Shenzhen Baoan District People’s Court has ruled such conduct illegal and ordered it to cease.

Harvatek countersues Cree of patent infringement
As of Jan.26th, 2016, Harvatek Corp. (“Harvatek”) announced to entrust Devlin Law Firm LLC representing it to accuse Cree, Inc. (“Cree”) of patent infringement in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The patent-in-suit is US 6,841,934.
