Result of the Judgment for Defensing Trademarks Rights
Our company’s name and trademarks “宏齊”, “HARVATEK”, as well as related domain names, have for a long period of time been used without our consent by the China companies 宏齊光電子（深圳）有限公司 (formerly known as Harvatek Optoelectronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., now operating under the name HQG OPTOELECTRONICS (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD.) and 深圳市宏齊科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Hongqi/HARVATEK Technology Co., Ltd.). Such conduct constitutes suspected infringement of our rights and interests through unfair competition. Recently, the Shenzhen Baoan District People’s Court rendered a judgment confirming that such conduct was illegal and ordering it to be ceased.

Harvatek countersues Cree of patent infringement
As of Jan.26th, 2016, Harvatek Corp. (“Harvatek”) announced to entrust Devlin Law Firm LLC representing it to accuse Cree, Inc. (“Cree”) of patent infringement in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The patent-in-suit is US 6,841,934.
