Emergency Incident Reporting and Response Commitment
Building a resilient supply chain to ensure business continuity.
To prevent supply chain disruptions and maintain operational continuity, Harvatek requires all suppliers to report incidents in real-time and cooperate with follow-up responses in accordance with these guidelines in the event of an emergency.

- ✔ Formal commitment from suppliers to proactively report emergency situations to Harvatek.
- ✔ Mandatory reporting obligations, response timelines, and improvement tracking requirements during an incident.
I. Fundamental Requirements for Emergency Reporting
In accordance with Harvatek's regulations, suppliers commit to fulfilling the following reporting obligations in the event of a disaster:
Suppliers must proactively notify Harvatek and provide an initial status assessment (e.g., confirmation of damage, severity level, etc.).
Suppliers must provide a formal written report including:
- Detailed assessment of production line damage
- Specific plans for recovery and resumption of production
II. Incidents Requiring Immediate Notification
Suppliers are required to provide immediate notification upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
- Earthquake: Magnitude 5 or above at the supplier's location.
- Typhoon / Flood: When operations are affected by severe weather.
- Fire: Resulting in work stoppage or production suspension.
- Utility Supply: Water or power outages causing production stops.
- Critical Equipment: Failures affecting production or shipping.
- Resource Shortage: Shortages of materials/parts causing delays.
In the event of a security incident or cyber attack, the supplier must:
1. Immediately suspend all digital data exchange with Harvatek (including emails and file transfers).
2. Report immediately if shipping delays or production stops occur.
- Environmental Anomaly: Systems failure causing stoppage.
- Contagious Disease: (e.g., COVID-19) affecting lead times.
- Other Force Majeure: Any event preventing normal delivery.
- Occurrence of a fatal accident.
- Disasters involving 3 or more affected persons.
- Chemical leaks (e.g., Chlorine, HF) resulting in hospitalization.
- Other major disasters as announced by regulatory authorities.
