Prevention of Insider Trading & Material Information Handling
Ensuring Information Equality and Protecting Investor Interests
To implement the prohibition of insider trading, Harvatek has established the "Procedures for Prevention of Insider Trading" and "Procedures for Handling Material Internal Information." These measures ensure the consistency and accuracy of material information disclosure while preventing improper leaks. We conduct annual regulatory awareness training for directors, managers, and employees, covering information disclosure, insider trading prevention, and shareholding change reporting.
In 2024, awareness materials (laws, handbooks, and Q&As) were sent monthly via email to remind insiders of the trading blackout periods.
Official TWSE notices regarding common shareholding reporting violations were forwarded to insiders twice in 2024.
A dedicated section on our intranet provides access to regulations. Total views recorded as of December 31, 2024.
Compliance Alert: Blackout Periods
Harvatek strictly enforces "Blackout Periods" prior to the disclosure of financial reports. During these times, directors and insiders are prohibited from trading company shares to prevent legal violations.
