Management Team

Chairman Bily Wang graduated from the Department of Shipping Technology at National Chiao Tung University and is the founder of the company. He previously served as the Manufacturing Manager at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) and Factory Director at Unimicron Technology Corp. In 1991, he founded Youngtek Electronics Corp. With his keen insight into emerging technologies and an adventurous spirit, he ventured into LED research and development, establishing Harvatek Corporation—the first major SMD LED packaging manufacturer in Taiwan—in 1995. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of both this company and Youngtek Electronics Corp.
