Supplier Integrity, Anti-Corruption, and Confidentiality
Integrity and business ethics are the core foundation of our partnership.
Harvatek firmly believes that long-term partnerships are built on mutual trust. We require all suppliers to strictly adhere to the three core principles of Honesty, Integrity, and Confidentiality throughout negotiations, transactions, and cooperation.

I. Principle of Honesty and Trustworthiness – Data Authenticity and Confidentiality
During the transaction process, suppliers must guarantee that:
All information provided, including business qualifications, licenses, company information, product specifications, quality, and financial instruments, must be true and accurate.
💡 Should there be any changes to the provided data, the supplier must proactively notify Harvatek within a reasonable timeframe.
II. Principle of Integrity – Supplier Integrity Standards and Commitment
Suppliers must comply with Harvatek's integrity standards and commit to the following principles:
Prohibited from providing the following to Harvatek personnel and their relatives:
- Bribery or any form of improper benefit
- Travel, entertainment, cash, or securities
- Valuable gifts or improper profit-sharing
Prohibited from engaging in acts that undermine fair trade:
- Collusion in false quotations or price manipulation
- Improperly influencing the conclusion of transactions
- Unauthorized transfer of contractual rights/obligations
If a supplier or its employees encounter improper solicitation or discover any bribery involving Harvatek personnel, they must report it immediately to maintain an environment of integrity.
III. Confidentiality Obligations – Supplier Obligations
- All business and technical data of Harvatek
- Information provided in any form (written, oral, electronic, etc.)
- Related information regarding customers and affiliates
Without Harvatek's written consent, suppliers shall not:
Within 3 years from the date of obtaining the data
IV. Liability for Breach – Responsibilities and Actions for Violations
⚠️ If a supplier violates any terms of the commitment letter, they shall bear legal responsibility and cooperate with Harvatek's relevant measures:
Whichever is higher:
- NTD 1,000,000 (approx. USD 30,000+)
- 15% of total transaction volume with Harvatek over the past two years
Suppliers shall bear all legal liabilities. Harvatek may demand full compensation for any actual losses incurred.
Harvatek reserves the right to immediately terminate all business transactions without being liable for any breach toward the supplier.
- Direct deduction from accounts payable to the supplier
- Right to seek criminal or civil legal remedies
