The company’s Administrative Department is also responsible for promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), continuously reviewing the company’s CSR operations and compliance, and strengthening advocacy and implementation. If a major violation is discovered or the company is at risk of significant damage, a report will be immediately prepared, written notice will be given to independent directors, and it will be submitted to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

This disclosure covers the company’s sustainability performance at key locations from January 2022 to October 2025. The risk assessment boundary is mainly the company, including Taiwan, Mainland China, other regions in Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Employee Safety and Health:
To prevent workplace accidents and provide a friendly working environment, the company implemented an occupational safety management system in 2010, obtained TOSHMS certification in 2011, and ISO 45001:2018 certification in 2020. All full-time employees receive annual health checkups, with dedicated on-site nurses and contracted occupational physicians. Xiangshan and Innovation plants have achieved Healthy Workplace certification, with no disabling accidents in years, maintaining excellent employee safety records.

The company believes continuous learning and training enhance employee competencies, foster a learning organization, and improve workforce quality and product competitiveness. Training policies include:

The company is ISO9001:2015 certified, with the quality policy of "producing and providing products that satisfy customers in a timely manner," ensuring safe and high-quality products, accurate product information, and regular customer satisfaction surveys.

2. Responsibility to Shareholders:
Financial status is regularly disclosed on public websites, major information is promptly released, and small-scale investor briefings are held to ensure shareholders receive accurate financial and material information.

3. Responsibility to Employees:
(1) Establish an Employee Welfare Committee to handle activities and provide subsidies for marriage, funeral, and childbirth.
(2) Implement performance bonuses and profit-sharing, distributed annually based on profits.
(3) Provide labor and health insurance, retirement benefits, free group life, accident, medical, and cancer insurance for employees and families.
(4) Set training procedures: pre-employment training, on-the-job training, management training, and practical training; encourage external training and continuing education; share experiences through monthly or departmental meetings to cultivate future leaders.
(5) Ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with laws; conduct regular fire and evacuation drills to reduce employee injury risks.
