Implementation of Ethical Management
Harvatek Corporation upholds "Ownership Consciousness" as our core value and business philosophy.
We have established a management system based on integrity, formulating the "Code of Ethical Conduct," "Whistleblowing Procedures," "Insider Trading Prevention Policies," and employee guidelines. The Board of Directors has approved the "Ethical Management Best Practice Principles" and established the "Ethical Management Promotion Task Force" to ensure policy implementation across all employees and suppliers.

We established "Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct," covering prevention programs for bribery, improper benefits, and IP infringement.

Independent Channels & Rewards
We provide an independent mailbox to ensure whistleblower confidentiality and offer monetary rewards for verified reports to encourage the disclosure of misconduct.
The task force reports to the Board of Directors annually. The latest report was submitted on November 5, 2024.
