Harvatek Corporation upholds "Ownership Consciousness" as our core value and business philosophy.

We have established a management system based on integrity, formulating the "Code of Ethical Conduct," "Whistleblowing Procedures," "Insider Trading Prevention Policies," and employee guidelines. The Board of Directors has approved the "Ethical Management Best Practice Principles" and established the "Ethical Management Promotion Task Force" to ensure policy implementation across all employees and suppliers.

Procurement staff must strictly follow confidentiality and conflict-of-interest rules; ethical conduct is integrated into partner evaluations.
