Our policy defines risk categories based on Harvatek’s operational objectives. We have established mechanisms for early identification, precise measurement, effective oversight, and strict control to safeguard the interests of employees, shareholders, and partners.
Risk Management Organizational Structure
The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility; the President's Office leads planning, and internal audit units establish annual audit plans.

Risks are classified into four main categories: Operational, Financial, Environmental, and Procedural Frameworks.
