Harvatek and Cree have reached a patent settlement agreement

Apr.28th, 2016, Harvatek Corp. (“Harvatek”) and Cree, Inc. (“Cree”) have reached a patent settlement agreement, this agreement includes both the Parties will dismiss their respective claims and counterclaims in the Litigation. Harvatek and Cree have a good relationship of cooperation now.
